Yes, it's built into the lpt driver. Just enable a port with an interrupt and reboot -- you'll see 'TCP/IP capable interface' in the boot log and that should enable a lp0 device. Then configure as a point-to-point link. I don't know if that plip is compatible with other implementations though. You'd have to try it.
