Unless something have changed very recently, no the CX2388x chips are ot
supported under FreeBSD.
Note: I would love to be proved wrong some day.

A driver for cx2388x cards exist under Linux
http://linux.bytesex.org/v4l2/cx88.html

but that doesn't help me.
