A run of the Linux Test Project (LTP) testcases for amd64 on current is scheduled by one of our "test-monkeys" ( ;-) ). The main reason for sending this to amd64@ is, that the amd64 version on stable (and -current) is not up to par with the i386 version. There are failures which only show up on amd64 (and one set of failures which only is present on i386, but not amd64). Some people with an amd64 machine, a little bit of C knowledge and a little bit of interest in fixing this should have a look at the wiki page (in case you use some linux programs from time to time) and team up with the i386 people in emulation@.
