The script(s) I have here call `pw` to create users and groups. I don't thi=
nk
this is acceptable.

As such, please can you help me get it into shape? I think there should be a
suitable user/group for it to use as the app needs to read/write files but I
don't think it's important enough to have its own numeric UID/GID.
