Even if there is a written command.concent, I think that the management of the corporation taking in the money should investigate and understand what it all means. You can be a non-profit organization and take in a lot of money and be very profitable, but you better know what you are doing; Attonrney + CPA required. I volunteer to setup the operation, collect the funds, disburse it under CORE direction, etc. I will NOT make decisions for them.
