Patch against -CURRENT r297697

Hi,

Following this post :

https://lists.freebsd.org/pipermail/freebsd-hackers/2015-August/048141.html

(see "Pushing the limits"), here is a patch to enable a new boot type called
"BIOS+UEFI". This special type will enable generic installations by creating
both freebsd-boot and efi boot partitions, allowing the machine to reboot
either in BIOS mode or in UEFI mode.

This patch also fixes creation of /tmp and /var/tmp to avoid problems with
unattended installations (this will conflict with Bug 208568 - reduce
requirements for zfs filesystems in zfsboot for unattended installations)

Best regards,

Ganael Laplanche.
