You didn't say what CD-ROM drive you're using.  Shouldn't be a problem.

If you install a boot manager.

Certainly.  It may also already be available.

If you just mean Netscape, it is available in the ports and as a package.
If you want a Mozilla (www.mozilla.org) binary you should compile it
yourself.
