Dear All ,

I have set PACKAGESITE to ftp1.freebsd.org where its destination is
moss.cse.buffalo.edu ( 128.205.32.24 ) :

It is working very well .

I tried a download for testing from

  mirrors.isc.org : ~300 kb/sec ( some times more slow . I am not using
this mirror because it is consistently slow . )
  mirror.hs-esslingen.de : ~2000 kb/sec .

It seems that the trouble point is *.isc.org .
It is very likely that , if any one reaches to *.isc.org , his/her access
is slow ,
others may be fast , if it is not slow accidentally .

Therefore , access speed will depend on mirror speed .
