Confusing the two by making random edits is not good. Rest assured, the two are *not* confused. The man page explains the option for setting the hardware block, then goes on to explain the option for setting the logical block. The correction to the man page fixes the explanation of the logical positioning option, where text that mentioned "hardware block" had apparently been cut and pasted from the previous option without changing "hardware" to "logical". If the terms are specifically and precisely chosen, either this change is correct or the man page was completely wrong.
