I have something on that IP that does not respond to ping per the dmesg: arp_rtrequest: bad gateway 207.99.22.25 (!AF_LINK) arp_rtrequest: bad gateway 207.99.22.25 (!AF_LINK) arp: 00:01:03:21:ca:cf is using my IP address 207.99.22.25!
