FreeBSD-ISP is for more ISP centric issues (radius, tacacs, BGP, etc), while there are other mailing lists for other issues. While I personally do not object to mis-posted questions (unless the said poster puts them to EVERY list I read), you may have better luck finding answers if you send the question to a list more appropriate for the content.
