I've configured my FreeBSD box to talk to an Alcatel 1000 ADSL modem via PPTP. Works fine, at least for the local FreeBSD machine. I haven't gotten it to work as a gateway for the other machine on my LAN yet, but that may be partially due to a Windows NT configuration error on my part. ----- Original Message ----- From: "RJ45" <rj45@slacknet.com> To: <freebsd-questions@FreeBSD.ORG> Sent: Monday, November 05, 2001 12:08 Subject: ADSL and FreeBSD. > > Anyone has experience about configuring an ADSL ethernet modem attached to > a FreeBSD box ?? > > thank you > > Rick > > > > To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org > with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message > To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
