Message-Id: <20020531132554.76EE513111@netcom1.netcom.com> Date: Fri, 31 May 2002 06:25:54 -0700 (PDT) Sender: owner-freebsd-gnome@FreeBSD.ORG Precedence: bulk List-ID: List-Archive: (Web Archive) List-Help: (List Instructions) List-Subscribe: List-Unsubscribe: X-Loop: FreeBSD.ORG My X window is locking up about once a day now, I would chalk it up to hardware but a coworker (with entirely different hardware) is having the same problem. The symptoms are - X keyboard locks up and will not respond to cntl-alt-bs or cntl-alt-F* - apps, clock, etc. continue to run - windows lose their frames - mouse moves but clicking does nothing I don't have an outside connection, serial or otherwise, and I have to reboot to get out. Is anyone else seeing this? I don't recall seeing this before the last few months, now it is common enough to be annoying, once a day or more. I am thinking that it is a problem with sawfish or mozilla, but I don't have any data. - Mike H.
