The only thing I've found was a table at an AMD web site that says that the Radeon HD 3870x2 card works with the now abandoned ATI Streams software, but not OpenCL. Can someone explain to me what this card lacks that OpenCL needs in order to use it? I had thought that if it supported one, it would support the other, but supposedly it's a GPGPU (two, actually) that doesn't support OpenCL. Thanks in advance for any explanation.
