I put this line in inetd.conf : telnet stream tcp nowait root /usr/local/libexec/tcpd telnetd I also created a /etc/hosts.allow and hosts.deny BTW, I also tried these in /usr/local/etc to no avail. They look like this : telnetd: All (hosts.deny) telnetd: .cpl.net (hosts.allow) I installed the port out of ports-current, is this a problem? (Im running 2.2.2-R)
