 I have just verified the hang with only one NFS file system
mounted... In fact, I only the following mounted:

   # /sbin/mount
   /dev/wd0a on / (NFS exported, local)
   /dev/wd0s1e on /usr (NFS exported, local)
   procfs on /proc (local)
   sundog.unx.sas.com:/local on /nfs/sundog.unx.sas.com/local
   #
