It appears that when doing a custom install, and selecting distributions,
the "All" button does not select all of the distributions (ie bin, the 
compat*s, src, man pages, ports, etc). In fact, it does not select
_any_ distributions.

This one is probably just a minor annoyance, as hardly anyone ever
uses it, but...
