Oh, plus the controls statement and include line has to be added to
named.conf to install the key in named (I'm doing this from scratch again
since the first time was a long time ago). I had forgotten how much of
a bitch it was to make rndc work. Sometimes I want to throttle Paul
Vixie for making such a mess of things that ought to just work by default.
