I fixed this in -current on 96/04/30 (see the commit logs).  7 files were
changed.  IIRC, the obvious changes in std*.h and rune.h broke ctype.h
and then fixing ctype.h required changes in the library.  The changes
to ctype.h depend on previous changes to <machine/ansi.h>...  ansi.h,
ctype.h and the library have many other differences with 2.1.5 and I
didn't/don't have time to disentangle them.
