On an underused Digital Decpc XL590 that previously ran NeXTSTEP 3.3pl1
with a NCR PCI 32-bit local bus operating at 120 MB per second maximum,
installation of FreeBSD 4.8 failed with a message from MFSROOT:
sym0: PCI BUS clock seems too high: 4444160 KHz
