But i guess you need a discussion on development direction first. As mentioned OBSD has a strong hand on security. FBSD used to be talked about as technically superior to linux. I dont hear much about that lately. Does FreeBSD choose to be "Laptop Friendly" or will FreeBSD keep the "Power to Serve"-only attitude. Like in an earlier discussion there was talk about FreeBSD does not choose to be a Desktop OS. If advocacy can only be driven in the server-only direction its not gonna spread that well.
