I love its amazing portability. Gonna give it a go in a VirtualBox guest on Windows 7 soon. I'm also familiar with the OpenBSD project out in Western Canada by Theo deRaat (spelling??). I'm itching to take that for a spin too. How is it with hardware detection? Do you think it'll run on my Toshiba L305-S5944 lappie? I've always been a big fan of the BSDs and its UC-Berkeley lineage. DesktopBSD is looking really gooood using FreeBSD 8.0. So many software toys to play with, so little time while I'm here hanging out in East Africa. I used Puppy & Vector Linux back around 2001/2002. Great distros for low-end machines. Haven't tried Sabayon yet either and might be setting up a CentOS server down here soon. Cheers dude!! >Description: Actually, I was just catching up on the latset developments on NetBSD 5.02. I love its amazing portability. Gonna give it a go in a VirtualBox guest on Windows 7 soon.
