Message-ID: MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: TEXT/PLAIN; charset=US-ASCII Sender: owner-freebsd-chat@FreeBSD.ORG Precedence: bulk X-Loop: FreeBSD.org Does anyone know what REALLY drives innovation on the net? I was wondering about this myself and i finally found proof of my answer. It's the porn industry. Real Player was for porn, and it beat Quicktime because porn site vendors preferred it. Hardware, software, multimedia... all are at the cutting edge for this one industry. The rest of us don't need realtime video feeds.. but we are benefitting as a direct result. -jm --------- He who laughs last... obviously didn't get the joke.
