I can confirm the issue on an Supermicro X10SBA (FW 1.3a) with FreeBSD 12.0.
That board also uses an Intel Celeron J1900.

@ed: If I understand you correctly you want to check if this is a regression
between 11.1 and 11.2 so it should be enough to verify by booting those wit=
h a
usb stick. I should be able to provide that data.
