I have2 pc nic's (an older xircom 10bt + 28.8 modem, and a new Compaq netelligent 10/100). I want to install freebsd but can't boot to floppy and use CD (its not hot-swappable) nor can I install from ftp because I can't get either nic to work for me. What can I do? Is there sometihng I'm missing in getting the PC nic's to work? I'm sure there is a man page somewhere, if someone could even direct me there I'd appreciate it.
