The current version of the port (virtualbox-ose-4.2.14_1) works for me on my 9-STABLE box built in early May. The memory adjustment slider and text box both let me adjust the values and the values are correct. The previous rev of the port (virtualbox-ose-4.2.14) had the broken memory calculation, but it was patched a few days ago as mentioned earlier in this thread. Since I upgraded the port, I've had no problems. Jim
