Got finally a working Makefile:

- removed all .include lines except for ".include <bsd.port.mk>" at the
end. The ".include <bsd.port.options.mk>" line causes make ignoring all
options.
- removed the pico option since it's a slave port and part of mail/alpine
anyway.
- made some adjustments for the LDAP option.

It all seems to work now and will submit the patches asap.

Thanks for the help!

Regards,
Marco
