If we do not mention cvsup here anymore than we would need to get rid of cvsup in the whole chapter AND in the "Using CVSup" chapter of the handbook. So if we keep it that way it is still correct AND it saves us some work. At least until csup can do everything cvsup can. Which is still not the case at the moment as far as I know.
