The lnc driver in -CURRENT supports the Am79C978. (AMD PCHome/PCI Ethernet adapter), which is what I believe lives in these devices. There's also a link to http://www.amd.com/products/npd/overview/homenetworking/intro.html, which may confirm whether it's the right device.
