The NVME patch was a mistake I made that I thought the corresponding feature
was 1-based, which in fact is zero. The behavior will be that number of IO
queues will be number of CPU's minus one and that is undesirable. Although =
this
will sort of fix the behavior on machines with ncpus less than or equal to =
8,
it will still cause trouble if ncpus is greater than 8.
