This had been long fixed, see github://memononen/nanosvg/commit/b21ebe0
and two accompanying comments.

We are, of course, using `graphics/nanosvg', downloading anything is
forbidden during the build anyway.  I'll have a closer look, maybe the
something had been changed WRT it and slipped through my testing.
