Sender: owner-current@FreeBSD.ORG X-Loop: FreeBSD.org Precedence: bulk Last week I checked in a couple of small DEVFS fixes. among them were two that fixed PANICs I was getting.. if anyone is feeling brave, I'd like to hear of any problems seen. DEVFS now supports symlinks so it may be possible to beat syslogd into puting it's log socket in /var and making a symlink to that point. Poul, you said you had it booting using devfs. can you let me know wht the configuration options are to do this? I'd like to start trying it.. julian
