It doesn't :

lovely:~>grep tftp /etc/inetd.conf 
tftp    dgram   udp     wait    nobody  /usr/libexec/tftpd      tftpd

... and I have a diskless Sun 3/60 and a Labtam MT200 booting off this
system.
