I do a make FORMAT='ps html' install but the make always failed while installing Handbook and trying to find a file with a .txt suffix. I got a couple of replies when I first asked the list about this. The most recent was from Kent Stewart, >Do a make clean in /usr/doc. It wasn't rebuilding everything and >forcing that cleaned it up for me. His suggestion wasn't the final answer. The sequence, make clean make FORMAT='ps html txt' install make clean make FORMAT='ps html' install did work, though.
