We swapped out the other disk (based on the assumption that if something stops working it is most likely to be a disk) and upgraded to 2.1.7.1. Unfortunately, it just happend again. I've got it logging everything and nothing different or unusual is showing up. I've gone through the web logs, the mail logs, all the logs I can find, and I have yet to find a pattern. We have user cron entries disabled. All other hardware on this system has worked fine for a very long time. Does anybody have any suggestion, clues, whatever?
