To: freebsd-questions@freebsd.org Cc: freebsd-stable@freebsd.org MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii Sender: owner-freebsd-questions@FreeBSD.ORG Precedence: bulk X-Loop: FreeBSD.ORG hello, i asked a question regarding the CD installation on my ASUS P3B-F a while ago that i solved. it was rebooting on installation, and the fix was a new BIOS. now i'm trying to install the sources for the kernel, and i'm getting the same peoblem. when i use sysinstall, it reboots. if i use sh install.sh sys, it reboots. i really don't know what's going on now, since i figured the BIOS fix would help. once again, the setup: ASUS P3B-F, rev 1004, 96M RAM, FreeBSD3.3, ATAPI CD-ROM, Fujitsu Hard Drive, ATI Rage Pro 3D card. any suggestions? thanks a million, luke ===== __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
