Buy a new PCI board with NCR-based SCSI (already on motherboard or with
an additional card). ISA adapter (from Adaptec) are quite expensive.

I use a Buslogic 445S, but it is expensive. A new PCI board with
NCR adapter may be an alternative.

NCR-based, they are inexpensive and fast. Some motherbord have BIOS
support already included.
