You probably have ICMP_BANDLIM defined in your kernel, and are getting messages like this on the console too: Limiting icmp ping response from 249 to 200 packets per second From LINT: # ICMP_BANDLIM enables icmp error response bandwidth limiting. You # typically want this option as it will help protect the machine from # D.O.S. packet attacks. # options ICMP_BANDLIM Don't worry about it.
