We've identified a massive and recurring issue of spam. Even if you disagree that spam is a problem, you agree that conversations about spam is a problem so solving the problem of spam would solve your problem of conversations about spam. You said you work with postmaster to deal with specific issues. How do you accomplish this? The responses have been overwhelmingly positive in favor of doing something about spam, yet overwhelmingly pessimistic about the possible outcome of anything ever happening about it. FWIW, forums can be accessed on computers without "X-like GUI's" or mouses as well.
