You'll still need to filter these out at your own router and you'll probaby want to ensure that source routed packets aren't allowed through either. The addresses that have been reserved are: 10.*.*.* (One class A address) 172.16.* through 172.31.* (16 class B addresses) and 192.168.*.* (255 class C addresses)
