patch to fix problem

- Update to ver 0.14.0.1

- Follow restructuring of the original software
and absorb functionality from retired ports
(cf. neighboring RPs about each of them):

    security/p5-openxpki-client,
    security/p5-openxpki-client-scep,
    security/p5-openxpki-deployment

- Add CONFLICTS with the retired ports listed above.

- Remove building of long developer docs
needed for the web site of original software, which
    adopted a different web technology.

- Ensure that this port builds on FreeBSD 8, 9, 10.
Previous versions failed to build on FreeBSD 10+.
    Remove related IGNORE.

- Follow LICENSE change of the original software.

- Switch MASTER_SITES from SF to GH.

- Provide files/patch* to fix software that wanted
".git" directory inside distribution, while ".git" was absent.

- Fix ill MANIFEST provided with the distribution.

This patch has passed tests on FreeBSD-10.0 (i386) with:

- rclint files/openxpki.in
- port test
- poudriere testport ...
