You have to call them up and tell them your problem, then they will
'attempt' to contact you. When I talked with them, they said they needed
some form of proof, incase you are someone who doesn't know what they are
doing, who just wants the latest firmware :-( Anyhow, I'm still waiting
for them to contact me.
1-888-IBM-5214 is their number, then 2 for technical support.
