I knew someone would jump to this conclusion when the messages showed up in succession. The truth is, I saw people complaining to the Japanese lists, so I posted a message asking them to send mail to the English lists too when there's a problem so Nik and everybody else working on the framework will have a better idea on what's going on. (And many members of the Japanese doc team read -doc, so it's not like they won't see the messages.)
