Hi, Is it me or is it lately impossible to keep samba ports updated to their latest security releases? I hope you can find time to update the samba ports more regular. Also when do we see samba 45 in ports? Samba 4.5 = current stable release! I believe we are not updated proper yet. This worries me a lot. series <https://git.samba.org/?p=samba.git;a=heads> git branch status started maintenance security discontinued (EOL) 4.6 ( <https://wiki.samba.org/index.php/Release_Planning_for_Samba_4.6> details) <https://git.samba.org/?p=samba.git;a=shortlog;h=refs/heads/master> master <https://wiki.samba.org/index.php/Samba_Release_Planning#Upcoming_Release> new upcoming release series 4.5 ( <https://wiki.samba.org/index.php/Release_Planning_for_Samba_4.5> details) <https://git.samba.org/?p=samba.git;a=shortlog;h=refs/heads/v4-5-test> v4-5-test <https://wiki.samba.org/index.php/Samba_Release_Planning#Current_Stable_Rele ase> current stable release series 2016-09-07 4.4 ( <https://wiki.samba.org/index.php/Release_Planning_for_Samba_4.4> details) <https://git.samba.org/?p=samba.git;a=shortlog;h=refs/heads/v4-4-test> v4-4-test <https://wiki.samba.org/index.php/Samba_Release_Planning#Maintenance_Mode> maintenance mode 2016-03-22 2016-09-07 4.3 ( <https://wiki.samba.org/index.php/Release_Planning_for_Samba_4.3> details) <https://git.samba.org/?p=samba.git;a=shortlog;h=refs/heads/v4-3-test> v4-3-test <https://wiki.samba.org/index.php/Samba_Release_Planning#Security_Fixes_Only _Mode> security fixes only 2015-09-08 2016-03-22 2016-09-07 I really do hope samba can get some more attention to keep our servers more secured and patched.
