Strange. I'm using 3.0-current (started w/ 2.1.5R --> 2.2 SNAP (10/96) --> 3.0 SNAP (02/10/97) --> CVSUP'ed to 3.0-current [last CVSUP date of 04/06/97]) and I still have/use pkg_manage.
