Not in the current one. It's just too late to make such a big change, no matter how much it seems to benefit everyone. As soon as 6.1 (and 5.5) close, I'll MFC all mpt work going back to RELENG_4. If I get any extra time and reminders, I'll see about putting up a bootonly ISO for 6.1/AMD64 that includes an updated kernel after that point.
