Great to see FreeBSD heading towards SMP! The FreeBSD newsletter mentioned Yahoo is very eager for this, and I'm sure many other people besides myself are eagerly anticipating full relability on this SMP code! I will be purchasing a four PPro200 processor ready sytsem soon, I'm gonna run it just one processor until the SMP code is ready to run mission critical and then slap another three processors in the box. When is the expected data the SMP code will be up to the mission critical safe level? When freebsd 3.0 arrives?
