Ohhhhhkaaay.  Please become root and type this, stopping when it
fails:

    cd /usr/src/lib/libpam
    script
    make cleandir
    make obj
    (cd libpam; make beforeinstall)
    make depend
    make all
    make install

Then press CTRL-D and send me your "typescript" file.  (You don't
need to cc it to the mailing list.)  I'll take a look and try to
figure out why it's failing on your system.

What is the context again?  Are you trying a straight "make world", or
is it one of the upgrade targets you're using?
