Also, that number is a mobile number on MTS's network, so you may just get a person on the other end. I also sent this person an sms with MTS's free service here: http://www.mts.ru/messaging1/sendsms/ The problem with that is I remember my mobile would get lots of spam sms traffic and I would never read any sms that didn't come from a known number.
