For those who don't know the acronymns RBL, DUL, etc... (like me a few
minutes ago :-), they are:

  RBL   Realtime Blackhole List
  TSI   Transport Security Initiative
  DUL   Dial-up User List
  RSS   Relay Spam Stopper.
